What we collect
We collect only what you send us. If you complete the contact form, that is your name, work email, company, role, an optional company website, an optional team size, your preferred solution, and the description of what you would like to improve.
We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or build behavioural profiles from this site.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare for a discovery call, and — if we work together — to scope the engagement. Nothing else.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our configured business inbox or workflow endpoint. Depending on deployment, that may involve our hosting provider, Resend as a transactional email provider, or the configured workflow provider, each acting as a data processor on our behalf.
When abuse protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes request-verification data — including your IP address and a verification token — solely to protect the contact form from automated abuse. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or analytics, and we do not sell data.
Hosting and content delivery are handled by our hosting provider, which processes standard server logs such as IP address and user agent for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have given us. Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated before any such cookie is used, and consent will be requested where the law requires it.
